Hi All,
Since we last wrote we spent time in New Jersey with my family, before spending the weekend in New York. We saw a Broadway show with Morgan Freeman, stayed in a hotel right near Times Square. The weather was really warm and visited Empire State Building, Central Park, Ground Zero, Little Italy for some nice pasta, and much to Liz's delite Dean and Deluca Cafes. We also managed to do a lot of shopping as it was summer sales time.
We then went across to Europe were we visited Andrew, Sally and little Lui, before heading to Macedonia to visit Liz's Family. That was a great experience for her to spent some time with her extended family. After that we had some time on our own back in Italy in Rome and Positano, before we headed down to Varapodio to visit my family.
Everyone always asks what is the highlight. Seeing Iguazu Falls in Argentina, Christ the Redeemer in Brazil, Fast pace of New York City, George Michael in concert in Chicago, Sistine Chapel in Rome, Coastal Views of Positano.
But it doesn't take much to realise that even though these are all great and amazing things to see, the highlight was spending the time with Liz and visiting our family in New Zealand, New Jersey, Macedonia and Italy. These are always the highlights that count.
